ISO: amounts to serve 100 - picnic food

Hi..I need help. We are having a benefit and I need to know how much
side dishes to order?? We are having bbq,s,baked beans,coleslaw,mac salad
and potatoe salad but i don,t know how much in quanity of side dishes
to order?? They,re will be around 100 people......30# of each???
HELP!!
