ISO: Appetizer with dried/chipped beef, cream cheese and grn onions....not sure of rest-help!

My hubby was at a party last week, and loved this dip/appatizer. But doesnt know the name etc. All I know is it had dried or chipped beef, cream cheese and green onions...is this all there is? What do you serve with it? he said they had crackers. But can you do veggies etc too?
Please help, as I am having a party this sat, and would love to make it for him.
