Recipe(tried): Jeff's Dip (cream cheese, rotel, dried beef)

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi Laura,
This is my oldest son's contribution to all family gatherings, we call it Jeff's Dip

2 package (8 oz. each) cream cheese at room temperature
1 can chopped mild rotel tomatoes, drain the juice
4 green onions, finely sliced, use all the green for color and as much of the white as you desire (the more the white the hotter it becomes)
2 packages (3 1/2 oz. each) Buddig dried beef

Mix all together and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Great with triscuit or wheat thin crackers and also with veggies.
May also be made without the rotel tomatoes

I hope this is what your husband remembered.
