ISO: Apple and Pineapple Salad wiith cooked mustard dressing

I am looking for a salad recipe that consista of apples, pineapple and celery as the main ingredients. The dressing was special - it was a cooked combination of dry mustard, vinegar, sugar, possibly an egg, and my memory fails me beyond that. If anyone has a similar recipe & would be willing to share, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Please & thanks.
