ISO: apricot jam filled cookies in cream cheese dough rolled in powder sugar

My Mom made these apricot jam filled cookies in cream cheese dough rolled in powder sugar cookies every Christmas. As a child we used to sneak these cookies and eat them. My mom used to double the recipe. Can`t seem to find the recipe now. Greatly appreciate if you can help.
