ISO: Art gallery ladies fun afternoon event -ideas, make aheads? help!

I need menu/recipe suggestions for (cold) fun, colorful non messy fingerfoods for an afternoon event in an art gallery.
This is a very "non gallery" type event...meant as more of a Thank you spring party for the ladies. Anything that I can do needs to be mainly make ahead appetizers because the kitchen at the gallery is very minimal. All this on a shoe string budget. Think mimosa punch, flowers and fun!
