ISO: Baked Potato Soup

Help!!!! I am looking for a soup recipe. It is a baked potato creamed soup...they serve it at Bennigan's restaurants in Denver and it is the best. I am trying to find an approximation of it. They serve it with shredded cheese and bacon bits...and the potatoes are baked, then made into soup. Can any one help? Thanks Jenni
