ISO: Barefoot Contessa's recipe for roast loin of pork with fennel

Misc.
I am looking for the Barefoot Contessa's recipe for roast loin of pork with fennel. I did not write it down while watching the show and when I went to retrieve it from Food TV's website, it was no longer there. The diah has several kinds of vegetables that are cut up and roasted in the pan with the pork, including sliced fennel.
