ISO: Bob Y Rustic Bread (something is wrong)

When I tried to make this bread, it did not work, I think the recipe is wrong, there was not enough water. My machine could not mix it. I would like to have Bob Y take a look at it, 1/4 cup water to 1 1/2 cups flour. thanks, h
