Hi Bonita,

I haven't tried the recipe, so I don't know but if there doesn't seem to be enough batter for that pan size, you can double the recipe or try baking it in a greased custard cup or ramekin. Of course, you'll need to watch closely while baking because the time will be different. Usually you would cut the temperature by 25 degrees when using glass but I think 325 F will be fine. There are other mini loaf pan sizes available (like 4x2-inch) - you can try a search on the Net for: 4 inch mini loaf pans.
