Recipe: Ham and Eggs Pizza (Bisquick recipe, 1985)

(Eggs baked in indentations on top of crust.)
3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon melted butter
6 eggs
1 cup cooked cubed ham
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, raisins, almonds, orange juice, honey and vanilla; mix well. Spread in greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Carefully brush melted butter over pizza. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, quickly make 3-inch indentation or well 1/2-inch from edge of the pizza. Gently break an egg into indentation. Repeat 5 times, spacing indentations evenly in a circle around the edge of the pizza. Immediately top with ham.
Bake until eggs are set to the touch, about 25 minutes. Cool slightly.
Makes 6 servings
