Recipe: Fancy Crab Dip (using evaporated milk) (Carnation, 1974)

FANCY CRAB DIP

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 cup (7 1/2 oz. can) flaked crab meat
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
crispy crackers (for serving)

Gradually add undiluted evaporated milk to softened cheese until smooth and creamy. Add crab meat, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and grated onion. Mix well. Chill thoroughly.

Serve with crispy crackers.

Makes about 2 cups dip
