ISO: Bread&Circus Penne w/ Pine Nuts & Basil

When I lived in Boston, this was my favorite cold salad at the deli counter of Bread & Circus. I have tried contacting Whole Foods for the recipe, but never received a response. I haven't seen it in any of the markets out here in the Bay Area so if you know what I'm referring to and have the recipe, I'd greatly appreciate it!!
