ISO: Breakfast Cassaroles without Bread or Dry Mustard

Misc.
I am looking for a breakfast Cassarole that has eggs, meat, cheeses etc... but my familydoes not like the
one that I have mad because of the bread in them. (They are also not big mustard fans)
I used to have a recipe that was alot of eggs, sausage, chesse, green pepper, and onion, but I have
lost it. Please help me .
