ISO: brunch for a bunch

Misc.
I am having an after christening brunch and would like some ideas. I have about 25 people that will be attending. I would like some easy, make ahead recipes. If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
Plus any ideas for favors????

Thanks. Kareena

This is what I had planned so far....

Bagels, assorted cream cheeses
blueberry muffins
danishes
mini quiches
strawberry french toast
bacon and sausage
raspberry fruit mold with ambrosia
cheese and fruit platter
o.j. coffee, tea
