Recipe(tried): Dragon Dip (using hot sausage, cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes)

Appetizers and Snacks
I don't know how old this recipe is, I only know that my Aunt Margaret made it for a lot of parties when I was growing up. She served it with tortilla chips. So when I was grown I finally broke down and asked her for the recipe.

DRAGON DIP

2 rolls hot ground sausage
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2 cans (10 ounces each) Ro-Tel tomatoes (use hot, extra hot, milk or a combination)

Crumble and brown sausage; drain. Add cream cheese and tomatoes. Let simmer for approximately 20 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips.
