Recipe(tried): Mini Quiches

MINI QUICHES

1 Packet Frozen Puff Pastry
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon flour
pinch nutmeg
chopped ham
chopped tomato
chopped onion
grated cheese

Cut rounds from pastry and place in a greased patty cake tin. Place filling in pastry rounds, small amounts of chopped ham, tomato and cheese. Pour egg mixture over (fill to 3/4 full as they will puff up). Sprinkle with season all or cayene pepper and bake in moderate oven until puffed and golden brown. Cool completely and pack into freezer bags.
