ISO: burrito bake

i made this burrito a few years back i had a fdire in my house and the lost the cookbook it was a BRAND NAME COOKBOOK it was made with velveeta cheese and frozen bread dough hamburger and a few other ingr. i cant find the cookbook i bought thru a book company that goes door to door if anyone knows of this recipe please post it.
