ISO: Canning Green Chile w/Shredded Pork

We have prepared a green chile with shredded pork and we would like to preserve it in jars using the pressurized canning method. Is this safe? How long do i keep the quart jars in the pressurized canner? I am at an altitude of about 6,000 feet and my books tell me to keep the pressure at 15 lbs, but they give me no canning time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
