CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
20 minutes preparation
1 hour baking, 2 hours chilling
FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
5 tablespoons butter, melted
FOR THE FILLING:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
5 large eggs
2 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, melted
Chocolate Frosting (recipe follows)
TO PREPARE THE CRUST:
In a medium bowl, mix together chocolate crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press into a 9-inch springform pan; set aside.
Prehaet oven to 375 degrees F.
TO PREPARE THE FIILLING:
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and eggs at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
TO ASSEMBLE AND BAKE:
Spoon 3 cups of the cream cheese mixture into crust.
Stir chocolate mixture into remaining cream cheese mixture until well blended. Drizzle over batter in crust to make swirls.
Bake cheesecake for 1 hour. Transfer pan to a wire rack. Cool completely.
Transfer cheesecake to a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 2 hours.
Uncover cheesecake; carefully remove the side of pan. Spread frosting over top of cheesecake. Chill briefly until frosting is set.
FROSTING
6 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
In a small bowl, mix together chocolate and sour cream.
Makes 1 (9-inch) cheesecake

I don't know if this is the recipe you're looking for but it's the only swirled/marbled cheesecake that I found in the cards I have. If it's not the one, please let us know and we'll keep looking.
