ISO: Carrot Cake Jam

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for Carrot Cake Jam. The ingredients are carrots, pineapple, pear, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. I lost the recipe in a move and have not been able to find it anywhere. It was in an old canning book, it was not listed as Carrot Cake Jam but as either Carrot Jam or Marmalade. It tastes just like carrot cake and is so delicious on bagels with cream cheese. Thank you so much for your help in this.
