Thank you soooo much for the recipes. I greatly appreciate them and the trouble you went to to find them for me. I will be trying out the Marmalade recipe as I didn't have it and it sounds delicious. The Carrot Cake Jam recipe is perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
