ISO: Casa Ole's red salsa chip dip

Help Please, I'm tring to find the recipe for the red dip they serve at the famous Casa Ole' resteraunts here in Texas and in Louisiana. Not the cheese dip but the red salsa dip for the chips.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
