Recipe: Key Lime Bars

Key Lime Bars

CRUST
1 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cup flour

FILLING
4 eggs; beaten
4 tbsp flour
2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
6 tbsp key lime juice
1 tsp baking powder
confectioners' sugar

For CRUST:
Mix the crust ingredients together and pat into a 9x12-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Watch carefully!

For FILLING:
Beat together the eggs, sugar, and lime juice. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix and pour on top of the crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the top with confectioners' sugar and cut into bars.
