ISO: Cassada Cake frosting???

Misc.

Looking for what is in the CASADA FROSTING of an Italian wedding cake ising. Some say that it is just whipped cream with fruits usualy strawberries, but in looking at the ingredients list at some bakeries that do theses cakes, it includes such things as ricotta cheese/or cream cheese for a richer flavor? How do you do yours?
