ISO: Cereal from Germany

Misc.
Hi all--
I have been searching for a few years now for a recipe for cereal that a friend told me about. It's a cold cereal that they had in Germany & he said that when you ate a spoonful it took like 5 or more minutes just to chew it & it stayed with him for hours. He said it had grains, nuts, & not sure what else. Please help!!!
Thanks!!
