ISO: Challah made with olive oil instead of veg.oil or butter

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe that I used to make. It's a traditional Shabbat Challah, made with half a cup of olive oil instead of veg. oil. I can remember bits and pieces of the recipe but have unfortunately lost the actual piece of paper. I found this recipe in a New York paper about 12years ago. Thanks for any help. Dodi
