QUICK CHICKEN A LA KING
"Tastes great served over biscuits or rice, too."
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Milk or water (as needed)
3 slices bread, toasted
Heat (undiluted) soup.
Stir in remaining ingredients except toast; heat through. Add a little milk or water, if needed, for desired consistency.
Serve over toast.
Makes 3 servings
