Recipe: Cheese Soup

Soups
CHEESE SOUP

1 1/2 cups potatoes, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart water
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes

Cook first 5 ingredients in 1 quart of water 15 minutes.

Add broccoli and cauliflower mix. Cook 10 minutes.

Add cans of chicken soup and Velveeta. Heat, do not boil.

A good friend of ours prepared this soup one night, we were visiting. It was for lunch the next day. She gave me a small bowl of the soup, very good! Enjoy!
