ISO: Cherry Tomatoes

Misc.
Help!!! I have cherry tomatoes coming out of my ears. I know that I can freeze them, but is there any way I can use them for sauces or pastes without peeling all of them (can I put them thru a food mill)? Please give me any other ideas to use these little delicious tomatoes so I do not have to give them all away! Thank-you.
