ISO: Chiceken Gardinaire like Maggianos

A while ago I asked if anyone had the recipe for Chicken Gardinaire like Maggianos. I see a lot of people are looking for it but no one has found it. I want to say specifically that the gardinaire is homemade and it is not from a jar. They basically take some gardinaire veggies, carrots, celery, peppers etc and saute them and not sure what else they add to it. I am assuming maybe some chicken broth and vinegar.
Anyone?
