Recipe(tried): Carrabba Sangria
Beveragesi actually bartend at carrabbas and i will tell you the recipe. you wont be able to make it just like carrabbas since MONIN, a syrup company, makes a bottle of "white sangria mix" special just for carrabbas.
2 magnum bottles of pinot grigio (we use galia- freaky looking lady on the bottle)
2.5 cups of the MONIN sangria mix.. which contains sugars and a few flavorings
4.5 oz of korbel brandy
toss in some fruit (lemons, limes, and oranges) and ice it down
its good for about 3 days.
at my store you can buy the MONIN syrup from us for about $18. i dont know if other proprietors let you purchase it but it will make you a few batches. the mix is really important since otherwise you have just wine and brandy. you could try adding a small amount of a few juices or something just to sugar it up a little and add a kick more flavor.
