ISO: Chicken a la mer

Misc.
I too am looking for chicken a la mer. I asked when I had it in Kansas City at Jazz. They told me it was in Paul Prudhome's Louisiana Kitchen cookbook. I looked but didn't find it. They have a Meuniere Sauce and I wondered about trying it with shrimp and crawfish added. I hope someone out there knows. I've asked friends from New Orleans to scour local cookbook but still no dice. What does a la mer mean in French?
