ISO: chicken a la mer

I have been looking for this recipe ever since I had it at JAZZ in Lubbock, TX! It is wonderful! PLEASE HELP!! It is a cajun recipe and is a fried chicken breast covered with a seafood sauce - spicy dish. The sauce is a parmesan sauce with crab & shrimp. Not realy sure how to describe it.
