ISO: chicken liver stew

in 1945 I worked in a greek cafe. the speical on wed. was a chicken liver thing with rice and I think lots of other things tomotoe onions etc. but I have never found a recipe that sounds even close I would love to find something like it it was more a stew like. loved it I am an old women and still think it is one of the best meals I ever ate. can you help me. thank you RitaB
