Recipe: Granny's Psychedelic Salad (fruit salad using coconut and sour cream)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
GRANNY'S PSYCHEDELIC SALAD

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup coconut
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix all of the above and refrigerate overnight.

Makes about 6 cups, 6 to 10 servings
