ISO: Chocolate Bavarian Mint Candy

Misc.
I am looking for a candy recipe--chocolate bavarian mints. Several years ago I was at a small party; the hostess had made this candy. She stated this was a very easy, simple recipe. She gave me the recipe. Soon afterwards, she moved. A few weeks later, when I pulled the recipe to make the mints, I found I only had a part of the recipe. Horror! I have looked for the recipe ever since. No luck. I do remember the recipe included whipping cream. I'm not sure if the chocolate was chocolate chips or a Baker's chocolate bar. This candy was melt-in-the-mouth delicious! Hope someone has the recipe and is willing to share. Thanks. Fingers crossed...Alyx
