ISO: Christmas tree shaped veggie pizza

I am looking for the recipe for veggie pizza that is shaped like a Christmas tree. I believe crescent rolls are the crust and cream cheese mixed with some seasonings for the topping. It was then topped with chopped brocolli, carrots and I think red peppers as garland and a yellow pepper star. Thank you in advance!
