ISO: Cinnamon Rolls or Sticky Buns

I am looking for a cinnamon roll recipe or sticky bun recipe. I have a cinnamon roll recipe that I use that requires you to put melted butter, brown sugar and pecans at the bottom of the pan before placing the rolls. The only problem I have is that when I bake them I have to bake them so long for the middle to be done that the edges are over done and hard and also when I flip them over hot of the pan, unless you are going to eat them right away the caramel gets hard and chewy. I need a new recipe. I would like the caramel to stay a little soft and the rolls to look nice and golden brown and soft not dark and hard and crunchy. Help. Thanks. Kim
