Recipe: Hungarian Stew (using condensed soup)

HUNGARIAN STEW

1 1/2 pounds sirloin beef cubes (1-inch)
2 tablespoons shortening
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sour cream 
Cooked noodles (for serving)

In large heavy pan, brown beet in shortening: pour off fat. 

Blend in soup, water, and paprika. Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until done. Stir occasionally. 

Gradually stir in sour cream; heat. 

Serve over noodles. 

Makes about 3 cups
