ISO: copland's bayou broccoli balls - tiger sauce question

I have a question about the tiger sauce you posted....i always thought it had orange in it. It has what looks like orange peel finely grated and the sauce has a orange flavor to it are you sure it doesn't have orange in it. I made the one you posted and got some from copland's and it didn't taste the same it was missing something?
