ISO: Corn Pudding

I need help. Going to my mother-in-laws and they expect me to bring the same corn pudding I have brought for years but something has happened to the recipe and I cannot find it.
I remember the ingredents and nothing I have seen is the same.
It has cornmeal
sugar
flour
eggs
milk
can of cream style corn
can of whole kernal corn
Does anyone have a recipe that they use the same ingredents?
and knows the amounts I should use?
Please help!
