ISO: cream of mushroom soup recipe

Misc.
When I was a teenager 30 years ago I received a Sears food processor for Christmas. There was a recipe for "Cream of Mushroom Soup". You took whole mushrooms (caps)and sauted them with alot of garlic then added flour(then cooked them for 5 minutes?)and then added cream. Then pureed the soup. Or something like that. All I remember it was whole mushrooms sauted, adding flour and something about 5 minutes and pureeing the final result. But instead of making the soup, we took the recipe and just ate the mushroom caps after adding flour not adding the liquid (or just part of the liquid?)or pureeing it. We ate it just as appetizers on toothpicks and it was very good and very garlicy. I would like to find a recipe like this one please. Thank You
