ISO: Crockpot extra long cooking times recipes (11 hours????)

Misc.
I now work 10-12 hour days and was wondering if anyone has had luck with very long cooking times on a crockpot recipe. I love my crock, but all of my recipes are from 4 to 8 hours max. Does anyone think the long times are a possibility? It sure would be nice to come home to a real dinner again.
Thanks.
