ISO: Cry Baby Cookies

I am looking for a recipe for "CRY BABY COOKIES". It is a soft, dark, drop cookie with raisins that is from the late 50's or early 60's. A neighbor gave it to me and they have moved to Utah. I have lost the recipe and would appreciate having it again. Have looked everwhere and can't find it. Thanks!
