ISO: Deepfry Turkey

Hello Everyone,
I see you say only use peanut oil, I used Soy Oil, half the price and it came out good. It gave it a kind of soy sauce taste, like someone put Soy sauce in the recipe.
I will use peanut oil when the soy oil runs out or gets old.
