ISO: Excellent spaghetti mango pepper dish

Misc.
Had a recipe for whole wheat spaghetti, mango, red pepper, lime zest and juice, bbq shrimp, plus. Made it hot as directed, but just as good if not better cold. Was in the London Free Press newspaper 2-3 months ago. Appreciate if someone has it and can send it on. Thanks
