ISO: fast & easy croissants - Need dough recipe

Misc.
Yrs ago, when cooking breakfasts for large numbers, I used a recipe several times for fast & easy croissants. Now the recipe has vanished. Can someone help with the dough recipe? Thanks!
The dough was mixed in bowl, then either rolled out or patted out into a big circle onto pizza pan. It was smeared with melted butter, then topped with whatever - jam, cinnamon, raisins, etc. A pizza cutter quickly cut the dough into pie-shaped wedges. Each triangle was rolled up, curved slightly, and placed onto a baking pan.
