ISO: Frozen Cheese torte

Anyone have a recipe made with Bakers Cheese and a Graham Cracker Crust
that doesn't get baked and it's real fluffy. I had a recipe from a dairy
that was very old and misplaced and I'd love to make this Cheese Torte
Again. Thank you!!!
