Recipe(tried): Funnel Cakes using pancake mix

Try preparing the pancake mix according to the package. Then add some vanilla extract and sugar. Pour the batter into a funnel and fry it just as you would a funnel cake. Serve warm with icing sugar. (add cinnamon to the icing sugar if desired)
